Pasta fresca! Ravioli! Spaghetti! Maccheroni! It may be true that this machine won't improve your Italian language skills – there are other ways to achieve that. But if you want to cook pasta like an Italian and create wonderful dishes with fresh pasta, then you're on the right track with this machine!

You'll need a dough, and a recipe for the perfect dough can be hard to find – but don't despair! Here's a basic recipe to get you started (we might get all of Italy after us for this, but we'll take the chance!): 400 grams of flour (durum wheat), 4 large eggs, salt (optional), 1 teaspoon olive oil (optional). Pour the flour into a mound on the table, make a well, crack in the eggs, and add salt and olive oil to the eggs. Whisk with a fork and gradually work in the flour. When finished, it should feel like modeling clay. Let it rest for about 60 minutes.

Now the fun begins, and this is where this wonderfully versatile machine truly shines! You clamp the machine to the table or counter, and it helps you knead, stretch, and cut the dough!
