Here's how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Screw the black nozzle onto the valve and tighten.


2. Place the safety ring on the nozzle.


3. Turn the green valve handle counter-clockwise to open the valve (approximately 3 turns).


4. Thread the balloon's neck or valve opening onto the nozzle and hold tight.


5. Press down the nozzle to inflate the balloon.


6. Remove the balloon by pinching the balloon neck and tying a knot.


7. For foil balloons, pull the valve opening away from the nozzle.


8. Close the valve by turning the valve handle clockwise.


9. Release any excess helium by pressing down the nozzle.


10. Store the cylinder upright in its original packaging and follow the recycling instructions.
