Candle therapy is a method that allows the body to relax and makes you feel better. With the help of ear candles, you can achieve calm and harmony in your body when you feel tired and stressed, for example. They can also be used, for example, to remove excess wax, for ear, throat, and nose problems, hearing loss, and colds. The candles are made of 100% natural beeswax in combination with essential oils. Included protective plates prevent melted wax or ash from coming into direct contact with the skin.

To perform a candle treatment, the person needs to lie down with the ear facing upwards, preferably on a pillow with a clean towel underneath. The ear is first cleaned with a little oil on a cotton ball, then a candle is placed in a protective plate and lit. The candle should then be carefully inserted into the ear canal and allowed to burn for about 15 minutes. When the treatment is finished, the ear is wiped clean with tissue (read the included instructions for a more detailed description). The recommended frequency for performing the treatment is 4-6 times with 3 to 7-day intervals.
